I’d like to see capital
with lacerated knees crawling
from one reality to another

  1. Hope I make it through one of about three or four options for my medical problem. Yes, change is good. I hope I can contribute a poem dedicated to the memory of my homeless, African American friend, Alonso who told me to cherish and take good care of my grandson & my granddaughter before he died of liver damage. He liked a lot of sugar in his coffee. Ugly capitalism that took his life like the lives of so many people with a heart. Overthrow capitalism. I’m glad my poem on the memory of Luis Gongora Dimitri Pat is going to be published in fifth anthology of “Overthrowing Capitalism.”

  2. I hope I’m around to send poem to Revolutionary Poets Brigade dedicated to my African American, homeless friend, Alonso who told me to cherish and take care of my grandson, granddaughter before my friend Alonso died of liver damage. Alonso liked to put a lot of sugar in his coffee. Sugar is bad for the liver, bad for the heart. Overthrowing Capitalism, name of book, fifth anthology where my poem in memory of Luis Gongora Dimitri Pat is going to be published. I hope I’m around to write a poem in memory of Alonso because thinking about him, I really want to overthrow capitalism for taking the lives of so many people like Alonso who had, have a heart.
