Note To Editor

Dear Editor, 

I have one request to you and all the legislative leaders. 

Stop opining and pontificating about gun violence. 

Just play a repeated loop of the families crying over the dead bodies of their defenseless children. 

Let their cries fill the halls of laws. 

Let their cries overflow the airwaves. 

Let their cries reach the heavens. 

Your thoughts and prayers have not reached anyone’s ears. 

Let the cries ring until the last gunshot. 

God help us if we still have deaf ears.
