His recent press conference excluded the Mayor and citizens by way of a massive police presence. Lastly, it is shameful that more than 4300 Benton Harbor property owners will be affected by a special assessment if a proposal by the city’s Emergency Manager goes through. There will be a petition to sign to stop the assessment.
