If we imposed $8.9 trillion in taxes on them, they would each still have $1 Billion and we would have $8.95 TRILLION in taxes for public use! For perspective, the annual Gross Domestic Product of the entire United States is $20 Trillion. Never mind that they got rich by owning what are really social resources which should be public.
