On April 6, the U.S Supreme Court refused to postpone the Wisconsin primary until June, forcing voters to go to the polls in April. The ruling resulted in the disenfranchisement of thousands of Wisconsin voters. U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, in her dissent, said, “Either they [Wisconsin voters] will have to brave the polls, endangering their own and others’ safety.
