Members of the Bakery Workers Local 3G in Battle Creek, Michigan picket the Kellogg cereal plant. Workers at all four U.S. cereal plants are on strike. They are fighting Kellogg’s two-tier wage system, which gives new hires sharply lower pay and benefits. They are part of a strike-wave that is emerging nationally as workers demand their rights and their survival.
