Lalo Alcaraz cartoon ridiculing ICE agents chasing boy on bike
Cartoon by Lalo Alcaraz.

Artist Lalo Alcaraz did the above cartoon ridiculing ICE agents who were left panting and empty-handed after they tried to chase down a food delivery worker on a bicycle in Chicago Sept. 28. Video of the chase went viral. Chicagoans got a big chuckle out the incident – and haven’t stopped laughing about it! (The cartoon appears here courtesy of CALÓ News and Lalo Alcaraz.)

Alcaraz posted the cartoon on Instagram with the following text:

“My latest for CALÓ News: Our hats off to Chicago residents fighting back against the ICE and other Federal invaders in the streets. And not just the unidentified food delivery worker who outran—I mean outrode—ICE goons after they tried to kidnap him on the streets of downtown Chicago. We salute you!
Lalo Alcaraz”
